Tuesday Outlook 8-11-09

Today there are just 2 areas of interest for severe weather development and they are rather small for that matter. The first area will be in the western states in areas like TX,OK,NM and Colorado. This area has a slight risk for tornadoes to occur. The second area to watch for development will be over parts of the mid south states in areas like AR,MO,MS,AL,TN and Kentucky. There is no expected risk for tornadoes in that area. As always there will be the threat for wind and hail to occur among these 2 areas. Heat continues to be a big thing to watch. As always just to repeat stay in a cool area and drink plenty of water.
