Today, in Central Florida mostly, a violent collison of the seabreezes caused very strong thunderstorms while many became severe. The collison occured at around 6 PM, and I was caught in the middle of a severe storm in west orange county. The storms were producing up 70 MPH winds and hail. However, we experienced about 60 MPH and no hail. According to radar and a viewer, the storm had rotation in my area and had caused a waterspout on Lake Apopka briefly. The lake is only 3 miles north of where my mother lives, and where I am staying for the next few days. Tomarrow, is expected to be similar, with less strength in the thunderstorms.
